This Medication Management Kit is a great cognitive rehab therapy tool to use for Speech Therapy or Occupational Therapy sessions within rehab, home-health, or outpatient settings! This is a great tool to use with patients with cognitive deficits resulting from a Stroke, TBI, dementia, and more. This tool allows patients to improve their cognitive skills in a functional, therapeutic way.

This kit includes:
– 8 prescription bottles, each labeled with mock medication labels
– Each pill bottle is filled with real, empty pill capsules to replicate a real prescription bottle
– 2x a day weekly pill organizer (AM/PM)
– A medication order book with 8 different “medication lists” of varying complexities for your patient to read and then sort the pill capsules into the correct place in the weekly pill box.
